Description
Up for grabs is our Lulzbot Taz6 3D printer. This printer comes to you from our production facility and it is in flawless working order. We are selling it because we have upgraded to a bigger CNC machine better suited to cut drone frames-but don’t let that intimidate you, the Lulzbot Taz6 is the epitome of the 3D printing realm with highly sought after features such as a heated build platform ( for filament adhesion) Fixed Y gantry, Dual Ballscrew Z-axis, and more. The machine offer’s endless runtime for the most complicated prints and will up your game to allow you to create whatever your mind desires and make it real.
We purchased the machine new from Lulzbot in Ft. Collins Colorado (close to home as we are located in Denver) The machine feature list is huge, but long-story short, it has all of the bells and whistles to make this a one trick pony.
The printer comes with the latest Marlin Firmware and we are including a flexy dually extruder head in addition to the single extruder that comes with the machine. The flexy dually upgrade alone cost us over $500, but it is a well received upgrade due to the fact that it allows us to make flexible prints using a TPU filament material, but it also allows for complicated dual-extrusion prints. Dual extrusion prints allow you to do some amazing things such as use a glue-based filament for infill and an expensive filament for the outer surface. After printing, you can soak in water and dissolve the infill leaving a very complicated part in it’s wake. It also allows you to make hard surfaces with gasket material located in-between, rubber feet on an hard surface material, and so on.
We will include with the machine all original sample materials and we will also offer personal support to get you up an running with the software and knowledge required to be successful.
We will also include a brand new PETG print surface so the machine will arrive to you in truly brand-new condition.
