It depends on many factors, Noise floor, environment, but generally, about 1500′ maybe a little more.
On 2.4ghz with a D4R-II receiver and a Taranis X9D with 5.8ghz for video, The video is always the limiting range factor, not the Taranis.
There is a range-test feature that you should use with the radio every time before you fly. It will allow you to walk away from your quad until you have RSSI loss, then you can determine that you have about 10 times that distance in actual range.
